PLACING AN ORDER

There are two options available: creating an account or using guest checkout.

By creating an account, you gain the following benefits:

- Keep track of current orders and view past purchases.
- Request returns directly through your account, without the need for phone calls or email requests.
- Modify an order even after it has been placed.
- Conveniently place orders with saved billing and shipping information.
- Sign up for the LUXURYBEAST newsletter to stay updated on new arrivals, editorial content, and upcoming sales.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.

If you have any concerns after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you with any modifications.

Please note: For exclusive releases, we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer.

Order Processing

After placing your order, please allow up to 2 business days for standard processing before the order is shipped out.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) may be processed on the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day, starting at 8:00 AM (EST).

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

You can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not yet been packed or shipped.

To modify or cancel your order:

1. Log in to your LUXURYBEAST account.
2. Click on the Order History tab on the left-hand side.
3. Under Modify, select the subject of your request.
4. Fill out the contact form and send us your request.

If you don't have a LUXURYBEAST account and need to make changes to your existing order, please contact Customer Care. Our Customer Care team will assist you before the order enters the shipping queue.

Please note: If you placed an order using guest checkout, you must create a LUXURYBEAST account to modify the order yourself. You can always contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Checking Your Order Status

To check the status of your order:

1. Log in to your LUXURYBEAST account.
2. Click on the Order History tab on the left-hand side.
3. Under Status, the order will be marked as Received, In Progress, or Shipped.

Please note: The status of your order will be updated as it progresses through the various stages.

Here are the definitions of each stage:

- Received: Your order has been successfully placed and will be processed soon.
- In Progress: Your payment has been approved, and your order will be packed and prepared for shipment shortly.
- Shipped: Your order has been packaged and assigned a tracking number. You will be able to track its progress as it makes its way to you.
