REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns must comply with our Returns Policy.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with all tags attached and the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If an item has a LUXURYBEAST security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Please ensure that footwear and accessories are returned with their original branded boxes and dust bags, if provided. Additionally, place them inside a protective box for return.
  • While trying on footwear, please refrain from marking the soles or causing damage to the shoe box.
  • For beauty and cosmetic products, they must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals on the packaging still intact.
  • When trying on lingerie and swimwear, please ensure it is worn over your own undergarments. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn or are soiled.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items should be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable.
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it arrived, including all branded packaging and accompanying documents.
  • Please ensure that you handle and try on your purchases with care, and return them in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will regrettably not be accepted.


In order to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers, we have implemented a flexible returns policy. We closely monitor the frequency of returns and reserve the right to deactivate your LUXURYBEAST account or impose restrictions on future orders if your return behavior violates our Returns Policy.


How to Return

As part of our commitment to minimizing our environmental footprint, our return instructions are now digital. This transition not only benefits our customers and our team but also contributes positively to our planet.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Final sale / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as aerosols, spray receptacles, essential oils, acid ingredients, self-tanning lotions, nail polish, and remover, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and fragrances). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases that pose a risk during the return shipping process. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

To ensure a smooth return process and eligibility for a refund, please remember to include any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that were included with your order in the reusable packaging provided by LUXURYBEAST. In the event of any damage or missing items from your return, it may affect your refund eligibility.

Once your return has been received by our brand partner or boutique, it can take up to 7 business days to process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding any delivery costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@luxurybeast.com.

If you are eligible, we offer the option to process your refund as LUXURYBEAST credit, if you so desire. Once the refund is processed, it will be reflected in your LUXURYBEAST account and can be utilized for your future purchases with us.
